For Visual Brand management to be fully effective, it needs to be thought of in 2 parts.

Brand Creation and Perception

Creating your public image is a mixture of many things. Whilst thoughtful, effective signage and POS is a hugely important part of this process, you also have to consider all of the other customer touch points too. For retail companies, polite, presentable staff, clean and tidy shops and reception areas are all just as important as the product you sell. For service or mail order companies, professional looking websites are key.

Customer buying decisions are based around their confidence that you can provide a convenient, trouble free product or service; and in a world where there is plenty of competition and first impressions count, your brand perception goes along way in helping you standing out from your competitors

Brand Maintenance

This is the part that most companies (even the large ones) neglect. Once you have thought about and implemented your image and message across all areas, it is hugely important that you regularly monitor and maintain it.

You can't expect to be accepted as an high end boutique if you have a tatty old sign, dirty windows and scruffy shop floor. Equally, it's folly trying to save a few pounds with your POS roll out by using cheaper materials and still expect it to look immaculate half way through your campaign.

We work with companies from all sectors to ensure that they understand the importance of continued visual brand management, and help them make better buying decisions with procurement and technical support.

Brand Audits

To help customers best understand how their brand is performing, and any areas where improvements can be made, we work with them to look at what they are trying to achieve and how best to achieve that.

Feel free to ring for an informal chat about your brand, and areas that you feel can be improved on, and we'll see what we can achieve together.
